Maybe it's because things are so nice and green now, or maybe it's just that I hate wearing shoes. I just can't wait to wear shorts, tee shirts and flip-flops again. Speaking of flip-flops how about this canvas? I did it small, 8x8, but I think maybe it should be bigger, the question is how much bigger?

I would do that at least 10" x 10" - to make a pillow inset. Or make it full pillow size on larger canvas. It would be soooo fine on my sofa at St. Marks or Panacea when I manage to get back down there. The colors and patterns are great on this piece, and it needs to make a statement. (bigger)
I took your advice and did it really big, on a 20x20 canvas. I have to admit it was fun working larger. Hummm...maybe it's time to do a rug. :-)
